Delivery usually takes 2-3 days within Hong-Kong, and will vary for overseas destinations depending on the chosen package. For international customers, our sales representatives will contact you directly to confirm the details after checkout.
Prior to sending off your package, we verify the physical condition of the products in question. If no physical discrepancies are noticed, the package will be shipped with appropriate packaging. However, if there is still a defect upon reception, we have a 10-day exchange policy.
We try to keep as much inventory as we can, but sometimes face supply strains due to the hand-made nature of our products. To limit the negative impact for you, we only bill your credit card upon confirmation of availabilty, and after quality check by our staff.
